If you are interested in documentary filmmaking, you like numbers and you are good at convincing other people than this project is for you!
“DOCtor CINEMA”, օn the occasion of its 5th anniversary, is pleased to announce a new international call for a 1-month International Educational Course “Documentary Film Producing and Networking”. The aim is to empower people who are interested to become a documentary film producer.
Topics of the course: actors of documentary film production; funding opportunities and networking; project proposal pack; documentary film aesthetics; sales; distribution; group management; promotion and many more. The course will be led online by Seg Kirakossian.
Professional documentary film producers who would like to share their knowledge with students are encouraged to write to contact@doctorcinema.org.

Participants can get 2 types of a certificate at the end of the course:
1) Participation Certificate – for students whose attendance will be 80% or more.
2) Graduation Certificate – for students whose attendance will be 80% or more and who will successfully complete the homework tasks.
Experts, who will share their knowledge and experience with students, will get a Certificate of Contribution.

Language of the course: English

Profile of participants:
– Aged above 18;
– Good knowledge of English;
– Committed to learn and break stereotypes;
– Interested in becoming a documentary film producer.

About the organization: “DOCtor CINEMA” is an NGO founded in 2015 in Armenia with an aim to popularize documentary cinema and to support initiatives of young documentary filmmakers.

  31. First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you
    do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind
    prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
    I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like
    the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin.
    Any ideas or tips? Kudos!
