As a consumer, who needs cultural activity and dynamic life, I try to turn my city into a studio, [art-studio], where I can play in theater, dance and sing songs, listen to rock concerts, read poems, make better condition for art growth. But it is up to my strength when I am alone in my struggle.

Project “EcoTourism in Armenia”

“Gnishik” protected landscape  (2015)

“Gnishik” protected landscape is created in Areni, Khachik and Gnishik villages, Vayots Dzor region, by the efforts of WWF-Armenia and local people. These places, which are 120 kilometers far from Yerevan, are attractive for tourists due to hundreds of Bezoar goats (Capra aegagrus) and Armenian Mouflons (Ovis orientalis gmelini), Caucasian Leopard (Panthera pardus ciscaucasica), Bearded Vulture (Gypaetus barbatus), Egyptian vulture (Neophron percnopterus), meadow rich with crop wild relatives and the river Arpa.

”Ecotourism in Armenia” cognitive project is organized by ”Doctor Cinema” Youth NGO in cooperation with Young Biologists’ Association and World Independent Youth Union NGOs, within the grant program provided by RA Presidential Administration.

 

Zaritap-Gomk-Martiros ecotourism trail (2015)

13th century, rock-carved church complex “St. Astvatsatsin” (Martirosats monastery, 1286) and 8th century cross-stones are on the “Zaritap-Gomk-Martiros” ecotourism trail: that’s the second and most prominent rock-carved architectural complex after the church Geghard monastery.
